Da Free Agent$(Hood White/Scott Free) are a dynamic up and coming hip hop duo from Denver, CO. The group was formed in 2005, after the two high school friends were reunited at metro state college. Like many true hip hop heads they were fed up with the new era of gimmick hip hop. The pair began recording material, networking and crafting their skills building a strong foundation and team in the process. Without any major backing Da Free Agent$ were able to compile a catalog of unreleased material featuring many national and international acts as well as many other up and coming producers, mcs, and singers. After watching many fall victim to the numerous pitfalls of the music business, Da Agent$ have been patiently waiting, planning and plotting their attack on the industry.

10/04/2008- We are pleased to announce the 7 song EP from Da Free Agent$/Beatzkrieg Germany (Merlin the Wizard & Poker beats) entitled "Probability" will be out late this year or early next. The EP will feature a few special guests.. But we will only give away one of em for now. St. Raw from D-Block. Stay tuned for this one!
